I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can experience meaningful change. I approach my work with compassion, empathy, and a nonjudgmental perspective, with a strong focus on unconditional acceptance. I believe people are not defined by their past and that growth is always possible. My goal is to help clients build on their strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward the life they want to create.
I earned my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wichita State University. My background includes crisis counseling, volunteer work, and private practice, which have shaped my clinical approach and ability to meet clients where they are.
About me:
I primarily work with adolescents and adults ages 14 and older. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to create an inclusive environment where each person feels respected, understood, and supported.
Who I help:
I use an integrative approach tailored to each client’s needs. My primary modalities include person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy.
I focus on helping clients increase self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and shift unhelpful patterns. My work is collaborative and grounded in building on each client’s existing strengths to support meaningful, lasting change.
How I help:
What my clients say about working with me:
