Approach:

I work with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, trauma, burnout, and neurodiversity, supporting them in building insight, regulation, and more sustainable ways of living. I also provide psychological testing and assessment to help clarify diagnoses, guide treatment, and support access to appropriate services. I am deeply committed to offering affirming, trauma-informed care for individuals, particularly when family systems, identity development, or community stressors are impacting mental health.

Who I help:

I work from a place of curiosity, collaboration, and non-judgment to help you make sense of the challenges you’re facing. Together, we develop a clearer narrative that honors your experiences while identifying practical ways forward. Cultural humility guides my work, with careful attention to how identity, privilege, neurodiversity, and systemic factors shape how we move through the world and the expectations placed on us—both by others and by ourselves.

How I help:

What my clients say about working with me:

Clients often describe me as patient, thoughtful, and compassionate. Many share that our work together has helped them develop greater self-understanding, approach difficult emotions with less judgment, and relate to themselves with more kindness.

I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in real life. My approach is thoughtful, curious, and compassionate, and I aim to create a space where clients feel safe being honest about what’s hard—without pressure to have it all figured out. I’m especially drawn to working with individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, burnout, and neurodivergence, and I care deeply about helping people understand themselves with more clarity and kindness.

Outside of work, I value creativity and community. I enjoy reading, fitness, cooking, and vintage shopping, and I find a lot of joy in storytelling—listening to it, sharing it, and making meaning through it. When I can, I love traveling and supporting local advocacy efforts. These interests reflect how I approach my work—curious, present, and grounded in the belief that growth happens through connection, not perfection.

At the heart of my work is the idea that therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you build a more supportive relationship with yourself and your life.
