Approach:
I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, trauma, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, anger concerns, and self-esteem difficulties. I also support clients who are processing stigma around mental health or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in making sense of your experiences in a way that feels respectful, validating, and meaningful.
Who I help:
I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and concerns openly. My work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I view therapy as a shared process—one where your lived experience is honored, and your voice guides the work.
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Gestalt-informed techniques. Interventions are thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and fostering greater self-compassion and resilience. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to support, guide, and walk alongside you as you move toward growth, clarity, and meaningful change.
How I help:
About me:
Originally from Malaysia, I work with culturally diverse individuals, with a strong emphasis on supporting the Asian and Asian American community. Off the clock, I enjoy traveling, trying new experiences, and discovering great food. I value curiosity, creativity, and staying connected to the world beyond the therapy room.
