About me:
I grew up in a small town outside of Wichita, often feeling like a fish out of water, curious about people, unsure of my path, and always drawn to understanding what shapes us. It wasn’t until my late twenties that I realized counseling was where I was meant to be. I felt a strong pull to learn people deeply, explore their family systems, and help them feel seen in ways I once needed myself. That curiosity and compassion guide the work I do today.
When I’m not in session, I’m usually spending time with my family. We love exploring Wichita’s outdoor markets, trying new food around town, visiting the zoo on warm sunny days, and playing at our beautiful local parks. These moments remind me of the importance of connection, presence, and joy. Values I bring into my work as a therapist.
Who I help:
I work with clients ages 8–28, walking alongside children, teens, and young adults as they grow, explore who they are, and learn to trust themselves.

My hope is that therapy feels like a soft place to land. A space where you can explore your emotions, build regulation skills, understand your story, and reclaim autonomy over your life and mood.
